How to delete your Postally account and the data associated with the social accounts you connect, including what happens automatically when you remove Postally from Facebook or Instagram.
Postally (postally.io) is a social media management platform that lets you connect social accounts — including Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts — to schedule and publish content and view analytics. You can delete your data at any time using any of the methods below.
To remove the data tied to one connected account, open Connections in the Postally app, find the account, and choose Disconnect. This revokes Postally's access to that account and deletes the data Postally stored for it — access tokens, the cached profile, and any analytics/engagement records — while leaving the rest of your Postally account intact.
To delete your whole account and all associated data, email hello@postally.io from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request, delete your account and all connected-account data, and confirm by email. Deletion is completed within 30 days (typically much sooner), except where we are legally required to retain limited records.
If you remove Postally from your Meta account, your data is deleted automatically — no email needed:
When you do this, Meta notifies Postally through our deauthorization and data-deletion callbacks, and we automatically delete the data for the affected account (tokens, cached profile, and analytics/engagement records).
We do not sell or share this data with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to host and operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
For any data-deletion request or question, contact us at hello@postally.io.
